Senior Accountant Income / Head Computer Department.

>> Responsible for the maintenance, management and implementation of the future strategies of a modern data networking infrastructure, adhering to the financial needs of the Treasury Department of the Council and the other departments as well.

>> As Head of the Income Department as well, responsible for an Income budget of about R20 Million per year.

Support Consultant - Regional District Councils Levy Systems - Local Government Department.

>> Responsible for the Implementation and training of staff on a Financial Levy System at various District Councils.

Software Installation & Support Engineer - Local Government Business Unit - SAMRAS.

>> Responsible for the Call Center (Helpdesk) for about 90 Municipalities, using the SAMRAS DB4 financial system.

>> Doing first line of support and control incidents logged with the Call Center to make sure that the Customers needs are adhire to according to ISO 9000 standards and the company policies, to develop and deliver "Best in Class Services".
